★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 家族のかかりつけのお医者さんです。今の院長先生も、先代のお母さま院長先生譲りの、穏やかな語り口で診てくれます。診てもらうだけで安心感が違って来ます。お薬もその場で出してもらえるのは煩雑さが無く有り難いです。冬にはインフルエンザの予防接種、春先には花粉症のお薬などでお世話になってます。生活習慣病の改善のための定期検査や指導もなさっています。町のお医者さんですが、割と新しい医療機器が入っているように思います。駐車場が広いので車が停めやすいです。最近はネットで予約受付もで出来るようです。

先生は優しく丁寧なので、相談しやすいと思いました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 病院の都合で断られたり、診てもらう時間を指定される。いついっても患者の都合は無視という感じがする。受付の方も病院の顔という認識はないんでしょうねという感じ。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 受付は15分前と書いてあるが実際はそれよりも前に入らないと診察して貰えない。「検査が必要な人はもっと早く入らないと」とか言われて非常に不愉快。
そもそもこちらはちゃんとホームページを見て来ている。何処にも検査が必要な方は15分より前に来てくださいなんて書いてない。
大体どういう症状なら検査が必要かどうかこちらではわからないためとても不親切だし、実際に何分前に入ればいいか分からない。

It says that the reception is 15 minutes before, but in reality, you can't get a medical examination if you don't enter before that. It is very unpleasant to be told that "people who need an examination should enter earlier".
In the first place, I've been looking at the homepage properly. It doesn't say that if you need an inspection anywhere, please come before 15 minutes.
It's very unfriendly because I don't know what kind of symptom needs to be tested, and I don't know how many minutes before I actually get in.
Disappointed.
