★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not as well known or visitor-friendly as the other brewery in the town, but very good nihonshu! The shop is just an office window at the entrance, but the person on duty will help you make a choice and fetch your bottle from the depths of the brewery. No tasting, tours only on special dates, no English, supplies limited. Why so highly rated? They really focus on the craft. The nihonshu made from yeast native to the brewery was like nothing I've ever had -- it's the one I uploaded as a photo.
