It's an observatory that doesn't feel like it. When I searched for sightseeing spots on Google Maps, this observatory was introduced, so I went there, but I was disappointed. If you want to see the expansive scenery, we recommend Takagariyama.
穂	穂高山葵 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大町側から大町麻績インター千曲線を登って、相川トンネルの手前にあります。道路わきの展望スポットです。数台の駐車スペースがあります。車を止めて、チョット北アルプスを眺めるのも良いものですよ。 From the Omachi side, climb the Omachi Asahi Inter-Sencurve and you will find it in front of the Aikawa Tunnel. It is an observation spot beside the road. There are several parking spaces. It's also a good idea to stop your car and look at the Chot Northern Alps.
