K	K.W on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ショッピングモールとは書いてありますが、食料品スーパーも核テナントもない雑居ビルと化しています。宇都宮市には、イオンがなぜかないのですが、旧ジャスコがあった建物で、残念ながら閉店してしまいました。その後、全国にフードテーマパークが流行り、池袋サンシャインビル内のナムコナンジャタウンの餃子のテーマパークが話題になった際、同じレトロ商店街の宇都宮餃子スタジアムが完成しましたが、わずかな期間に閉店してしまいました。インスタ映えの昨今まで生き残っていれば、今の時代はやっていたかも知れず残念です。今は一部の雑貨・レジャー・飲食店の個々の集合体になっています。 Although it says that it is a shopping mall, it has become a multi-tenant building with no grocery supermarket or anchor tenants.
