例に漏れずこちらも難工事だったのでしょう、工事請負業者の殉職者慰霊碑がありました(昭和28年建立)。

堰堤近くの左岸に見えるコンクリートの建造物は伊予分水の取水塔で、上流側から第一取水塔、第二取水塔となっています。
