無愛想。私語ばかり多い。私語は大きな声なのに…何かを聞いても聞こえず。マスクしてるんですから分かるように対応してほしい。無駄口はマスクしててもレジから離れた場所でも聞こえます。本当に客を馬鹿にしてる態度に腹がたちます。

店員の私語がうるさいだけならまだしも、会計に行くと手元で やってる計算作業?を続けて会計を待たせる始末。レシートをキャッシュトレーに置かず、そのまま放置。サービス業という以前に常識がない。

初めて行きましたが店員さんの対応が悪かったです。 欲しい書籍の場所が分からず レジ横(レジではなく横のパソコンで書籍を検索してくれたり作業などをする場所)の二人の店員さんに聞きに行ったのですが 目の前に客(私)がいるのにもかかわらず 笑って談笑しており すいませんと言ったら談笑をやめましたが 目も合わさずに何かお探しですか?の一言もなく無視 もう一度すいませんと声を掛けやっと カウンターからでてきて書籍の場所まで案内してくれましたがレジから出てこなかった店員は最後まで顔を上げることはありませんでした。 なおかつ探している書籍(資格の練習問題集など)の種類も揃っておらず カウンターの店員の対応を思い出し 在庫の確認や注文をするのを諦めました。

レジにいる若い女性店員の接客態度が悪すぎる。無愛想だけでも常々接客業としてどうなのか?と思っていましたが、先日買う予定の手帳を渡しながら「在庫を調べてほしい雑誌があるんですが」と伝えた途端手帳をどんっと突き返し「在庫確認はこちらです」とそっけなく言われ店員呼び出しベルを鳴らし後は知らん顔。呆れて手帳を買う際対応についてつたえたら逆ギレされました。せっかく駅ビルにあり便利な書店なのにとても残念でした。

レジ横の検索する機械で在庫を確認した上で本の場所がわからず声をかけたのに、食い気味で「取り扱ってないです」と言われました。一応お礼を言って出ようとしたのに無視。レジも混んでいるどころかそのときは他のお客さんはいませんでした。 万が一もしかしたら機械がおかしいのかもしれないですが、人の話は最後まで聞き、無視もやめて欲しいなと思います。
