★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今日はタイヤバランスを見て貰うためお邪魔しました。1ヵ月前に春日部にある他店で4本新品を入れたのですが高速になるとハンドルがブルブル、そこで点検してもらったら4本中3本がウエイト無し1本も適当に張ってありました。その旨を交換した店に店員さんが説明してくれました。
本当にお手数をお掛けしましたが親切に対応して頂けました。次回のタイヤ交換はお願いしたいと思います。
I visited you today to see the tire balance. A month ago, I put in 4 new ones at another store in Kasukabe, but when the speed became high, the handle was buzzing, and when I had them inspected there, 3 out of 4 were properly stretched without weight. The clerk explained to the store that exchanged that fact.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but kindly responded. I would like to ask you to change the tires next time.
