★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 能代市は私の生まれ故郷です。何年振りの能代でした。14年前に亡くなった母が大好きだった松雲堂さんの鶴の卵を買い求めました。丁度お盆なのでお供えしようと思って、
懐かしく、知らない間に涙を流している自分が店先にいました。
能代を離れて54年になりました。
松雲堂さんが健在でホッとしています。
Noshiro is my hometown. It was Noshiro for the first time in many years. I bought a crane egg from Mr. Matsuundo, who loved my mother who died 14 years ago. It ’s just a tray, so I thought I ’d offer it,
I was at the storefront, nostalgic and shedding tears before I knew it.
It has been 54 years since I left Noshiro.
Mr. Matsuundo is alive and relieved.

私はチョコブッセが好きですが、夫はモカロール、息子は焼きドーナツのチョコチップ味とのこと。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 三月はイベントが目白押しで、ついついこちらに寄ってしまいます。
雛祭りには練切と「さくら饅頭」を購入。練切は甘さ控えめ。さくら饅頭は桜色の餡で、勿論香りも塩漬けの桜でさっぱりめ。どちらも美味しく頂きました。
そして別のイベント日には季節物のイチゴを使ったケーキも。イチゴと生クリームを求肥？で包んだ、真っ白な「ましろ」も美味しかったです。幸せな気分になれました。
There are a lot of events in March, so I just stop by here.
Purchased Neri-kiri and "Sakura Manju" for the Hinamatsuri. Neri-kiri is less sweet. The sakura bun is a cherry-colored bean paste, and of course the scent is refreshing with salted sakura. Both were delicious.
And on another event day, there is also a cake using seasonal strawberries. Gyuhi strawberry and cream? The pure white "Mashiro" wrapped in was also delicious. I felt happy.
