M	Masyumin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 楽天にてクリスマスケーキを注文しましたが、指定した24日には届かず、指定日の翌日21時過ぎに届きました。届いた箱には指定日の24日を25日に書きかえた形跡がありました。ケーキは冷凍で届きますが、同封された注意書きには冷蔵庫で2時間ほど解凍とのことで、結局届いたその日はそのまま冷蔵庫へ入れ26日に食べました。そもそも発送メールも23日の20:47に来ましたし、香川から関東まで届けるのには発送自体が遅いのでは？おそらく当日受付に間に合わず翌日24日の発送になり、25日に届いたのではないかと…。直接お店に伺う分には良いお店のようですが、楽天での評価は発送が遅い、連絡がない、問い合わせの無視などがあるようなので、通販から手を引くべきでは？ケーキのフィルムを剥がすと周りのクリームが一緒に剥がれたり(解凍せず凍ったままの時に剥がせば良かったのか？)、スポンジがパッサパサだったり、切り分けるとボロボロになったり、いちごがふにゃふにゃだったり、5000円は高いなと思いました。見た目だけはまぁまぁ良かったですが、総合的にコンビニケーキを買ったほうが満足できますね。 I ordered a Christmas cake from Rakuten, but it didn't arrive on the specified 24th, and it arrived after 21:00 the day after the specified day.
