店長にも関わらず事実確認をせずに過剰に退去費用を請求してきました。私のものでは無いブロックの処分代まで請求されました。退去費用がおかしいのではないか？という電話をしたところ、常識がない！非常識だ！などと言われました。また話をしている途中で少々お待ちください。と言われ、30分待たされた挙句に「高橋は私用で帰ったので週明けの月曜に連絡する」と別のスタッフに言われました。帰るなら帰るでもう少し早めに言って頂きたかったと思いました。

他の方も書いてらっしゃいますが、タメ口で人を見下したような話し方をしてきます。とても態度が悪く不愉快です。そのことを本人にお伝えした際も、「あら〜ごめんなさいねぇ〜あはは」と全く反省のない態度でした。呆れて何も言えませんでした。
以上のことから本当に本当にこの不動産屋はオススメしません。皆さんが嫌な思いをせずに素敵な生活が出来ますよう祈っています。

Despite being the store manager, I have overcharged the move-out fee without confirming the facts. I was charged for the disposal of blocks that were not mine. Isn't the cost of moving out strange? When I called, there was no common sense! It's insane! I was told. Please wait for a while while talking again. After waiting for 30 minutes, another staff member said, "Takahashi has returned for private use, so I will contact you on the first Monday of the week." If I go home, I'd like to say it a little earlier because I'm going home.

Others have written it, but I will speak in a way that looks down on people with a tame mouth. Very bad attitude and unpleasant. Even when I told him about it, he had no remorse, saying, "Oh, I'm sorry." I was amazed and couldn't say anything.
From the above, I really really don't recommend this real estate agent. I pray that you can have a wonderful life without feeling unpleasant.
