篠	篠崎真哉 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 前回の焼き魚がぬるかったので、温かいの出してねって伝えたのに再度ぬるかった。言ったことをやってくれない最低なお店。店長以外のスタッフはキビキビと動いてくれて素晴らしい対応でした。ランチ時で作り置きがあるのはわかるけど、ランチに備えすぎて美味しくない食事を店舗としてはどのように考えているのか店としての見解を尋ねましたが、回答はない。残念なお店。名物の唐揚げランチも当たり外れが激しいらしいです。作り置きしなければ？と思うのですが、営利目的でやるにはそうも行かないのか難しいところ。せめて時間がある人にはしっかりとした料理を提供して欲しい。やまやの明太子と高菜は注文すれば食べ放題です。ご飯もお代わり無料でした。お味噌汁もお代わり出来ると良いなと思うけど無理でした。時間を経て、また行ってみようかと思います。 The last grilled fish was lukewarm, so I told him to put it warm, but it was lukewarm again. E	E M. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 普段は行かない京橋エリア。有楽町近辺で夕飯難民となりコチラへ流れ着きました。土曜日の19時過ぎ、辛うじて予約無しで入れましたが、お店はかなり賑わっていました。コロナ感染者数の激減により、飲食店の営業時間短縮が解除されて間もないからか、アルバイトの方々の動きは今ひとつ、オーダーの通りも若干の不安と、料理提供時間も少々長めにかかっていたと思います。ただ、味はさすが有名店で、しっかり出汁のきいたもつ鍋は美味しかったです。また、半熟卵の明太ポテトサラダというメニューだけ、フレンチか！？という見た目で驚きました。味も美味しかったのですが、お店の雰囲気からすると、まさか「映える」一品が出てくると思っていなかったので戸惑いました…（笑）今は急激な営業再開の流れで、どの飲食店も人材の確保が難しい時期で、ある程度「回ってない」のは仕方ないので、時間が解決すると思います。 The Kyobashi area that I don't usually go to.
