m	momo太郎 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ネットから良さそうだったので予約を入れて、寒い中たどり着いたら予約が入ってないと。で、予約のメールも見てもらったのに、うちじゃないし、チェーン店でも他の店の連絡は知らないし、同姓同名の無関係な店なんでは？まで言い出す始末。じゃあ、違う支店なら場所の方角ぐらいはおしえてと言ってもごまかしと訳わからない言い訳の繰り返し。で、電話をして遅れる旨を伝えないとと電話をしたら、途中で切られて、明らかに行った店だとわかる感じ。おまえら、間違いは誰でもあるが、あまりにも酷い対応、いい加減にしろよ。予約メールを見せてもしらばっくれたくせに、後から何故かキャンセルしました。と、勝手にメール送ってきて、馬鹿にするにも程がある。二度と行かないよ。本社にクレーム入れても所詮程度がわかる会社だと哀れに思うことにしたよ。星なんか-一億！ It seemed good from the internet so I made a reservation, and if I arrived in the cold, I had no reservation.
