佐	佐藤じぃじ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 酒のやまやになってますが鬼がらし新庄店ですょ。何度目かの入店!お目当てのお店が全滅にてお邪魔しました。注文は味噌納豆の大辛です!チーン店らしくほぼ同じあじに成ってますね！節系の効いたスープに中細麺！具材はメンマ長芋の短冊ネギ青海苔!ニラと納豆を叩いたもの！辛味はほぼ唐辛子とラー油！味噌と納豆はベストマッチ!辛味の緩和にも一役かってます。半分ほど食べる頃から汗が吹き出ます!納豆のヌルミでスルスル食べれます。山形本店では数年前から麺や味具材など変わりイマイチな感じでしたが此方は昔の味に近い気がしました。節粉も残らず山形よりは万人受けするかな。しっかりスープも完飲！節粉は残らず。節系の苦手な方でも大丈夫ですょ!ご馳走様でした。 It's a liquor shop, but it's the Onigarashi Shinjo store.
