古き良き時代の肉屋さんて感じでお肉の販売の他にコロッケとか唐揚げとか注文してから揚げてくれます。
特に鳥の唐揚げは最高。100g200円から用意してくれます。揚げ加減も程よくジューシーであまりしつこくないほんのりとした味付けがいくらでも箸を進めます。
勿論唐揚げだけでなく他の揚げ物も美味しいですしお肉も山形牛でとにかくいい感じですよ。
ちょっと寄り道して唐揚げとコーラを片手におやつ感覚で食べるのもオススメ。
とにかく超最高の肉屋さんです。
