鏑	鏑木一郎 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2022年2月14日に利用しました。カワイさんが休みだったので、急遽Googleで調べてご利用させて頂いた次第です。山形牛ということもあって、系統としてカワイさんと遜色がない印象でした。購入した部位と価格を記録し忘れてしまったのですが、お肉は美味しかったです。他店さんで購入した外国産のタンとたまたま一緒に食べる形となったのですが、明らかにこちらで購入したお肉の方が柔らかったです。焼肉で柔らかさを求めるなら『国産に限る』と改めて思いました。気になった点としては、タンを200g買ったのですが、他のはキチっとラッピングされたのに対して、タンはビニール袋にまとめて入れられた形となりました。タンは丸まりやすくて、タン同士が貼りついてしまいやすいので、あまり袋にドサッと入れられましても…と思うのと、このラッピングの違いは何なのだろうか…と思いましたが、何か事情があるものなのでしょうか？ It was used on February 14, 2022. The tongues are easy to curl up and the tongues tend to stick to each other, so I wondered if I could put them in a bag too quickly ... and what was the difference in this wrapping? Is it something there?
