この研修センターの目の前が無料の駐車場な為毎年夏は海水浴に使う。
有料駐車場なら星5は付けられないね。
It has nothing to do with this training center and is not an evaluation of this training center.
Since there is a free parking lot in front of this training center, it is used for swimming every summer.
You can't add 5 stars to a toll parking lot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2年くらい前に改装したので、部屋はかなり綺麗になりました。ホテルではなくあくまでも研修センターなので豪華ではないけど、とにかく180度オーシャンビュー＆富士山の景色は泊まる価値あり。ディナーのコース料理は上々です。駐車場は結構狭いです。
It was renovated about two years ago, so the room is pretty clean. It's not a hotel but a training center, so it's not luxurious, but anyway, the 180 degree ocean view and the view of Mt. Fuji are worth staying. The dinner course meal is excellent. The parking lot is quite small.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 海岸通り沿いにあります。レストランからの眺めは最高のロケーション。部屋もオーシャンビューです。
夕食はフレンチのフルコースを堪能出来ます。ワインやビールも低価格なのに、美味しい。
スタッフも心遣いが良く。まさにおもてなしです。
専用の駐車場も完備なので安心です。また隣が散歩コースの公園なので早起きして朝の海辺を歩くのもよし。また葉山の名店が近くにあるので葉山歩きには最高です。
Located along the seafront. The view from the restaurant is the best location. Room is ocean view, too.
For dinner you can enjoy the full French course. Even though wine and beer are cheap, they are delicious.
The staff is also thoughtful. It is just a hospitality.
As private parking lot is complete, it is safe. In addition, it is good to walk up the beach of the morning by getting up early as the park next to the walk course. In addition, it is the best for walking in Hayama because a famous store in Hayama is nearby.

部屋はオーシャンビューで、設備も新しく清潔に保たれています。
掃除が行き届いており、とても気持ちよく利用出来ました。
壁が薄いのか、隣の部屋から会話がよく聞こえますので、ご注意を！！
Location, food, room and so great!
Rooms have ocean views and facilities are new and clean.
Cleaning was perfect and it was very comfortable.
Be careful as the walls are thin and you can often hear conversations from the next room! !

子供の夕食が少なかったので☆1個減らしました。値段の割には良かったです。
There are many disinfectant supplies and coronavirus countermeasures are solid.
I didn't have much dinner for my kids, so I reduced it by one. It was good for the price.

ロケーションは文句無しじゃないでしょうか。
夕食はパン、朝食はご飯と味噌汁お代わり出来ます。
少し歩くとファミマ、プリンが有名なMARLOWEと言うお店が徒歩圏内にあり。
歯ブラシ、ドライヤー、浴衣、電気ケトル、お茶ティーパック、スリッパ、シャンプー、トリートメント、ボディソープ、普通にサクサク使える無料Wi-Fi有り。
Considering the price and contents, I think it's ★ 5.
Isn't the location perfect?
Bread can be replaced for dinner, and rice and miso soup can be replaced for breakfast.
If you walk a little, you will find a shop called MARLOWE, which is famous for FamilyMart and pudding, within walking distance.
There are toothbrushes, dryers, yukatas, electric kettles, tea bags, slippers, shampoos, treatments, body soaps, and free Wi-Fi that can be used normally.
