新	新垣裕也 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 驚いた。電話を掛けてみてください。電話窓口の方が、架空請求をしている不良そのもの。さきほど内見依頼で掛けたところ開口一番、小馬鹿にした口調で「いま働いてます？住む場合は内見した時に住むかどうか決めてもらうんで、現金必ず持ってきてください。お金持って来れます？」と。また、こちらの声が聞き取れないと「はい！？」という始末。この対応は会社の方針として、気弱な人しか住まわせないという客のスクリーニングを行っているのが原因なのか、もしくは単純に電話対応の方のガラが悪いのか。。ただ事実、この会社が保有する他物件のグーグルレビューにも、社長を含めたスタッフの態度が悪いと出てくる。またこの会社は、そのような批判的なレビューへの反応を一切していない。 surprised.
