★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 何度も時間内にドライバーに再配達の電話しても出ないし、折り返しもない。担当センターに何度も電話しても繋がらない。通話料だけがかかるだけだ。前にセンター内に取りに行った際、他のお客様が同じ苦情言ってた。改善されてない。今、配達業者が問題になってる時なのに、こんなことしてて良いのか？本当に対策考えれば良いのに。
There are no calls and no calls back to the driver many times in time. I can't get connected even if I call the charge center many times. You only pay for the call. When we went to the center before, another customer had the same complaint. Not improved. Is it okay to do this when the delivery company is in trouble now? I really need to think about measures.
