荷物の発送をしようと伺ったところお客様がいるにも関わらず、奥の方で男性スタッフの怒鳴り声とダンボールを蹴ったり物に当たっている音が聞こえてきて怖かったです。とても雰囲気の悪いセンターでした。

When I asked to ship the package, I was scared to hear the male staff yelling and the sound of kicking cardboard and hitting things in the back, even though there was a customer. It was a very bad center.
