混雑する事もありますが、時間帯的にしょうかない時もあります。

店内は狭く、コロナ対策のため店内への入店人数を制限しています。忙しさのためかその際の声がけが不親切で少し不快に思いました。また、初めて利用されるへの宅急便を送る手順の説明がぶっきらぼうで不足しているように感じます。他の店舗ではそのように感じたことはなかったので二度と利用しません。
It was very crowded because I used it in the evening.
The inside of the store is small, and the number of people entering the store is limited to prevent corona. I felt a little uncomfortable because the voice at that time was unfriendly, probably because of my busy schedule. Also, I feel that the explanation of the procedure for sending Takkyubin to the first-time user is blunt and lacking. I have never felt that way at other stores, so I will never use it again.

普段は混んでたりするときもありますが、雰囲気もよく対応もいいのでお気に入りの店舗です(^-^)
