客の目の前で配送物を投げ込む行為を何度も行い、ドスンドスンと投げ入れています。
その場でクレームを入れ上司？に説明しましたが「謝って」で終わり。
まともな対応ではないです。
その品物は私のものではない、他ののお客さんのものですが、壊れものなら確実に壊れてると思います。
これから荷物を出そうとした矢先で、自分の荷物だとお客さんから壊れたなどクレームがあるのではと恐ろしくなりました。
この営業所は利用しないほうがいいと思います。

ですが、男性の方やドライバーの方は本当に愛想もなくブー垂れて仕方なく仕事してるみたいな態度だしはっきり言って雰囲気悪いです。
怒ってます？って聞きたくなる態度とられます。
多分営業所がそういう雰囲気なんでしょうね
他の方も仰ってるとおり、荷物の扱いが酷いみたいなのでもう利用しません
