★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 移動手段が徒歩しかなかった頃、萬屋輪業さんまで自転車購入の訪問をすることもできなかったので、通販にて中国製自転車を購入したのですが、萬屋輪業さんでは自転車防犯登録を受け付けてもらえませんでした。ちゃんと書類も用意して登録をお願いしたのですが

茨城県自転車二輪自動車商協同組合では「どこで購入した自転車でも、別の、どこの地域の販売店で防犯登録が可能」と謡っています。
当たり前ですね。そもそも、持ち主が出費してルールやモラル順守の為に防犯登録を行うのですから。呆れます。
