★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランチで利用。一見高めの価格設定に感じるが 出てきたお料理は 値段以上の豪華さでした。新鮮な美味しい魚 カニ料理を求める出張族に おすすめでしょう。
この時点で星５つ
後日 夜の蟹懐石を求めて再訪。電話が録音対応、、、。現地へ直接訪問。確かに予約でいっぱい。忙しいからかスタッフに余裕なし、料理は迅速に提供されるがまあまあ。都会の飲み屋さんのように騒がしい。
お店側も対応に苦慮していると思われますが スタッフの教育、
電話に出ない無責任さは要改善でしょう。
夜の経験を踏まえて星３つに変更。

綺麗な店内と個室でなくても間仕切りがあるのでガヤガヤした感じは抑えられてます。
しかしあくまでも個人的な意見ですが、カニ専門としての事であればボリュームが寂しいです。
星で言うと3.5です。
また接客は2.5といった内容でした。
マニュアルの問題かなと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ネットで、予約しました。11時半オープンで、お料理は丁度一時間後にきました。土曜日で混んでいたとは思いますが、小さいお子さん連れとか、待てない人とかは、無理です。平日も、混んでいるようです。お料理は、大変美味しいです。
