I think walking in Asakusa firefly lake for a week is good. You can see Mutsu Bay when the weather is nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 駐車場とトイレがあります。ほたる湖の奥へ少し行った箇所に階段があり、展望台があります。若干朽ちかけてきていますので、注意しましょう。
There is a parking lot and a toilet. There is a staircase just a short distance to the back of Lake Hotaru, and there is an observatory. Please note that it is slightly decaying.
