Googleのナビでは近くまで車で行けそうな感じですが、実際には1kmほど手前で車道は大阪ガスの敷地内になるので、ゲート付近の駐車場に停めて10分ほど堤防沿いの道を歩いて行くことになります。
展望台から西の方には大阪ガスの敷地を隔てるフェンスがあるので、水平線近くの夕日は写せません。
展望台の東側にある突堤に出れば、南西方向の視界は開けるので、良い感じに撮れると思います。

With Google's navigation, it seems that you can drive to a nearby place, but in reality, the road is about 1 km before the site of Osaka Gas, so stop at the parking lot near the gate and walk along the road for about 10 minutes. Will go.
There is a fence to the west of the observatory that separates the site of Osaka Gas, so you cannot see the sunset near the horizon.
If you go out to the jetty on the east side of the observatory, you can see the southwestern direction, so you can take a good picture.
