店内は明るく清潔で、とても美味しく頂きました。
一番人気のＢ定食か海鮮丼で悩みましたが、今回は海鮮丼にしましたが、鮮度も抜群で満足出来ました。

10年くらい前、何回も、もみじやに食事に行ってました。
令和3年9月17日(金) 今回、久しぶりに伺ったのですが、大分お店の雰囲気が変わっていました。
たっぷり驚くほどの大根のつまの上に上品に乗ったお刺身達。美味しかったです。
けど以前は、ちょっとおっかない看板おばあちゃんが、「ご飯おかわりしたかったら、自分でお茶碗持ってきな。」とか、「そこじゃまだから、もうちょっと席をつめて。」とか、ビックリするくらい多種類で山盛りの刺身達。確か、魚の煮付も小鉢で、ついていたりして、今回、かなりイメージ変わったな～と思いました。
帰り際、お会計の際にお店の方に聞いたところ、5～6年くらい前に、経営者も全て変わった。とききました。
今のもみじやさんも新鮮なお刺身、ウニもアジも、全部美味しかったけど、もみじや、違うお店に完全に変わっているなら、お店の名前は変えておいて欲しかった。
昔のもみじやさんを想って食べに行ったので。
（場所も一緒だったので、疑わずに迷わずに入店しました。）
出川哲朗さんのサインが、すごい端っこに飾ってありました。
（PayPay支払いできるのは、便利でよかった。）

But before, a little scary signboard grandma said, "If you want to have another meal, bring your own bowl." Sashimi. Certainly, the simmered fish was also in a small bowl, and I thought that the image had changed considerably this time.
When I asked the shop staff on their way home and at the time of checkout, all the managers changed about 5 to 6 years ago. It came.
The current maple and fresh sashimi, sea urchin and horse mackerel were all delicious, but if the maple and the restaurant were completely changed, I wanted the restaurant to be renamed.
I went to eat thinking of the old Momijiya-san.
(Since the place was the same, I entered the store without any doubt.)
The autograph of Mr. Tetsuro Degawa was displayed at the very end.
(It was convenient to be able to pay with PayPay.)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 横浜市中央卸売市場内にある海鮮丼・刺身定食が食べられる食堂です。平日9時半・土曜8時半オープンです。その中でも、今回は、刺身B定食にしました。マグロ・サーモン・鯵+ウニです。ミニサラダも付いてました。なかなかの人気店で、土曜に行くとオープン前に数人待ってる事もあります。単品が何種かあるので、追加注文も良いと思います。酒類もありますが、このご時世なので、今は終日中止になっているのが残念です。PayPayなどキャッシュレスもあり、便利だと思います。明るい店の雰囲気なので、また行きたくなる食堂です。

混んでいるかなと思ったら、閉場30分前だった為か駐車場も駐輪場も空いてました。
で、早速もみじやさんへ
迷った挙句に、やはり雲丹は外せない‼︎
もみじやさんのNo.1定食、刺身Ｂ定食にしました。店内をみると皆さん、揃ってＢ定食。
写真で見るとウニが小さく見えますが、1つが肉厚で大きいんです！濃厚で美味しかった！ご飯は中盛りでたっぷり。私には十分な量でした。雲丹付きでコスパ良しという事で星4つ。
もっと食べたい方は、単品で追加注文もできますし、テイクアウトもできます。
支払いはPayPayで済ませました。

The sea urchins look small in the photo, but one is thick and big! It was rich and delicious! The rice is medium and plentiful. It was enough for me. With sea urchin and good cost performance, it has 4 stars.
If you want to eat more, you can order additional items individually or take out.

市場の建物の中の、小さな飲食店が並ぶ一角にあります。平日の12時前に行きましたが、席の半分くらいは埋まっていました。皆さんさっと食べて出ていかれるので回転は速いです。お茶はセルフサービス。
今回はこちら1番人気の刺身B定食(¥1400税込)を注文。6-7分程で提供されました。
お刺身はウニが4粒、刺身4種類(8切れ/中トロ、サーモン、イカ、もう1種類)が乗っています。ウニはミョウバン使用品にある様な苦味もなく、まろやかで美味しかったです。お刺身も鮮度が良く美味でした。ただ、もう少し量が欲しいかな〜と思ったので星4つ。その他ご飯や付け合わせなども良かったです。
感想: 食事の提供は早く、お刺身の鮮度も良く美味しいです。もう少しお刺身の量が欲しいところ。お店の方の対応はスムーズで気持ち良いです。

The sashimi has 4 sea urchins and 4 types of sashimi (8 slices / medium fatty tuna, salmon, squid, and another). The sea urchin was mellow and delicious without the bitterness of alum-based products. The sashimi was also fresh and delicious. However, I thought I would like a little more, so I got 4 stars. Other rice and garnish were also good.
