京都府京都市西京区嵐山、松尾山の麓にある松尾大社の神水で、亀の井（かめのい）と言う所があり京都三名水になっています。御神水の湧き出し口は亀の口です。松尾大社の社伝によると「亀は、酒造の神とされ松尾の神の使いとされる。酒造家の間には「亀の井」の神水を酒造の元水に加えると腐らないという言い伝えがあり、飲めば長寿を保つ「よみがえりの水」ともいわれている。」とあります。
この「萬年水」も湧き出し口は亀の口なっていますので、長寿などのご利益があると信じたい。.また松尾大社では【亀は、酒造の神】とされていますので酒に係わる方にもご利益があると良いですね。 2022/01追記しました。
