予約はしましたが10分ほど待ち、相談カウンターにてコンサルタントの方と内容を話しましたが、対応はテキパキとしていました。
値段はいくらで、正直なところ今の時期だと、買い替えの場合は年末商戦狙った方がお買い得かもしれませんね〜など親身になって相談に乗って頂けたので、また何か困ったら相談に乗ろうとかと思いました。

I made a reservation but waited for about 10 minutes and talked with the consultant at the consultation counter.
If the price is what, honestly, now is the time, if you want to replace it, it might be a bargain if you aimed for the year-end business battle. I wanted to get on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appleサポートアプリから予約して行きました。接客もとても丁寧で、本家genius barとは別の日本的な丁寧さがありました。本体チェックのため1時間ほど待たされましたが、ららぽーと内にあるので時間を潰すのは容易です。
I made a reservation from the Apple Support App. The customer service was also very polite, and there was a Japanese politeness different from the original genius bar. I had to wait for about an hour to check the main unit, but it is easy to kill time because it is inside LaLaport.

クチコミの様に常にとても忙しそうでしたが、担当して頂いた女性もその他スタッフさん方も丁寧で、前に並んだ男性も帰りにお礼を仰っていました。
先に群馬と川越の方でApple予約を検討したのですが、クチコミが怖すぎたのでこちらにしましたw

I considered Apple reservation in Gunma and Kawagoe earlier, but I chose this because the word of mouth was too scary.
