麦	麦蕾 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 入店時の20代大学生くらいの店員の対応が最悪。 101号室の浴槽に貯めるお湯の調整が効かず水しか出ない状態でフロント(上記の店員)に申し出るもめんどくさそうに対応された挙句、1時間ほど対応に終われ結果店員が変わり1000円引きでドリンク2本つけていただいたが、最初の対応が悪すぎたため代金を払ったまま(規約上もありウォーターサーバーを利用したため)退店し12時すぎた状態で他店を巡ることにしました。正直今まで入ったホテルの中で最悪で退店するつもりはなかったがジャーキーのような先客のゴミが落ちてた等彼女にも思う点があったための退店でした。初めての利用でしたが2度来ることはないと決めるほどです。 The response of the clerk of about 20s college student at the time of entering the store is the worst. 松	松浦ただし on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 宿泊クーポンが安かったのと三宮に用事があった為、お泊りさせて頂きました。このホテルグループは結構利用させてもらってるのでどのホテルにいっても安心感があったので利用しました。うむ、納得といった感じでいろいろなサービスや企画も実施しており中でもアルコールのドリンクバーが個人的には嬉しかったです。また神戸に立ち寄った際は利用しようと思います。 The accommodation coupon was cheap I stayed at Sannomiya because I had something to do.
