★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先生やスタッフの方は丁寧で優しいですが受付の方の態度、対応が本当に悪いです。患者さんにかける言葉もつっけんどんというか社会人なの？という感じです。挨拶も笑顔もなく感じが悪く病院自体はいいところなのに残念すぎます。
The teachers and staff are polite and friendly, but the attitude and response of the receptionist is really bad. Are you a member of society or a word to the patient? I feel that. It's too disappointing that the hospital itself is a nice place without any greetings or smiles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 急な視力低下を感じ、不安になり受診しました。時間ギリギリになってしまいましたが、受付の方、検査の方が迅速に対応して下さり、先生に診察してもらえました。先生の対応も優しく、とても丁寧に説明して下さり安心しました。本当にありがとうございました。
コロナ対策で、受付会計に透明のアクリル板など、感染対策を考えて下さっている事も、良かったです。
家族で今度、こちらの眼科でお世話になろうと思います。
