労災などを使うと、パワハラを迫り退職をせまるブラック企業です。
親族経営なので、親族や古株スタッフぐるみで嫌がらをすることもありました。
資格の無い人間でも配管や工事をやらせる(当時、自分も資格なく工事していた)ので、仕事を依頼しない方が良いでしょう。
