★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 群馬県ではピアノ輸送は非常に長くやっておられる会社です。親父さんの代から付き合いがあります。もちろん運び方はとても丁寧で定評があります。メーカーごとに設置が違うのですが、とてもよく心得ています。女性スタッフなどの応対も丁寧でとても親切です。いちど電話してみると良いでしょう。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昨年横浜から群馬県へ引っ越しの際、アート引っ越しセンターからピアノを受け取りに来た会社が群馬県の田村運送へピアノを送り保管。
年末になりましたがピアノを自宅まで運んで頂きした。
ところが作業員の方3名がカバーを取るとピアノの蓋の上に土ぼこりが一面にあり驚きました。
心配しながら蓋を開けると鍵盤の上にも土がこぼれており唖然としました。
音が出ません。
古いピアノですが両親から買ってもらい大切にして来ました。
あまりの保管の悪さ、アート引っ越しセンターを信用して預けたのですが。
最悪の結果となってしまいました。
連絡をしなかったのは引っ越しの後が大変忙しかった為です。
信頼を著しく裏切る運送会社だと思います。

It was the worst result.

I think it is a shipping company that betrays trust.
