★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いつもお世話になっている美容室です。カットもカラーもとても技術が良いので友人に紹介したのですが、施術中に美容師さんと会話する中で何度か失礼な事を言われた事があり、気になっていると言われました。他にも位置的に仕方ないものの、スマホを見られ内容を言われたこともあると。帰宅後も美容師さんに言われた言葉がひっかかって落ち込んだと話しておりました。友人とは担当の美容師さんが違ったので全く気付きませんでした。通い続けるなかで親しくなり友達のような感覚になったのかもしれませんが、あくまでもこちらは客なので、少し発言や会話の内容を改善して頂きたく思いました。私も友人も髪の仕上がりには大変満足しておりますので、これからも通わせていただきたく思っております。せっかく技術力が高く友人に紹介した結果がこれなので少し残念に思いましたが、これから改善のほどよろしくお願い致します。

Even after returning home, I was told that the words said by the hairdresser were caught and depressed. I didn't notice it because the beautician in charge was different from my friend. It may be because I felt closer and more like a friend as I continued to go there, but since this is a customer, I wanted to improve the content of my remarks and conversation. Both my friend and I are very happy with the hair finish, so I would like to continue to do so.
