★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 院長先生はほんとに素晴らしいのですが、もうおひとりの方が酷い。患者の話を聞いていません。あたかも「私の聞きたいことにだけ答えな」と言う圧を感じ、適切な問診や診察はせず処方薬を出されただけ。余計具合悪くなりました。お忙しいところ申し訳ないですが院長先生ご指名がよろしいかと思います。
 The director is really wonderful, but the other one is terrible. I'm not listening to the patient. I felt the pressure to say, "I only answer what I want to hear," and I was just given a prescription drug without an appropriate interview or medical examination. I feel sick. I'm sorry I'm busy, but I think it's okay to nominate the director.

ため口、説教、命令口調など、人間性を疑うような言動が多々見られました。また、医者でしかわからないようなことでも、知ってて当然みたいに言うこともあり、本当にその場で怒鳴って帰ってやろうかとも思いました。もう二度と行きません。
As others have said, Mr. Yamano is very arrogant.
There were many words and deeds that doubted humanity, such as swearing, preaching, and commanding tones. Also, there are things that only a doctor can understand, but I know it and say it as a matter of course, so I thought I should really yell at the spot and go home. I will never go there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 山川先生と山野先生のお二人いますが、山野先生の対応が酷かったです。受付や他のスタッフの方はとても対応が良いのに残念です。山野先生はこちらの話を聞かず患部もまともにみてくれず、適当なお薬を処方されて近くの薬局の薬剤師さんに症状を話すと、この薬でいいのかしら…と困惑されました。山野先生にあたりたくないのでもう二度と行かないです。こんな不愉快な先生は初めてです。診察代返して欲しいです。同じような悲しい思いを他の方にして欲しくないです。
There are two teachers, Mr. Yamakawa and Mr. Yamano, but Mr. Yamano's response was terrible. It is a pity that the receptionist and other staff are very responsive. Dr. Yamano didn't listen to this story and didn't look at the affected area properly, and when he was prescribed an appropriate drug and talked to a pharmacist at a nearby pharmacy about his symptoms, he was confused as to whether this drug would be okay. I don't want to be Mr. Yamano, so I won't go there again. This is the first time for such an unpleasant teacher. I want you to return the examination fee. I don't want other people to have the same sad feelings.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 山野先生に見てもらいました。的確に診断、治療下さり感謝です。看護師さん、受付の方の感じもいいです。混んでますが一度外出して戻るようにすると早く呼ばれるようでした。
