この豊川店にバイクの修理を依頼し愛車を置いてきました。一週間後気になって朝10時にお店に足を運びました。その日は雨でピット作業場を確保する為なのか、修理依頼されたバイクが外にズラリ並んでその中に私の愛車も雨に打たれていました。ちなみに購入してから車庫に入れシートをかぶせ、雨にさらした事などなく安いバイクですが大事にしてただけに大ショックでした。店員さんは中で朝礼中!売り物バイクは中で暖かそうでした。 朝礼が終わり担当の店員さんに私のバイクの原因わかりましたか?と尋ねると、(YAMAHAメーカーに問い合わせて調べても事例が無いから時間かかります、バイク開けちゃうと値段約1万2千かかります。それでも原因がわかるか分からないし、故障部品交換が必要な時値段がかなり高くなってしまいます)と説明を受けました。私(開けなくては始まらないのであれば工賃を払うから開けて)とお願いし、2日後に電話連絡の約束をしてその日は終わりました。そして2日後、電話無く19時閉店時間!その日閉店後こちらから電話して(すみません!原因がわからないから、電話しなかった)略。言い訳をしてました。要は忙しくて何もしてないだけの事です。そして開けてもらう日を(水曜定休なので木曜日開けます!金曜日に連絡します。) と店員さんに決めて貰い電話を切りました。 そして金曜当日…電話きませ〜ん!怒り? 土曜日、流石に結構なクレーム電話しました。すると又おんなじ様な言い訳をして、(バラすと料金かかるので外回りからやれる事やってました)言うから、(因みに何をしたんですか?)と突っ込むと、バッテリーの充電をしてたそうです。バッテリーは自分整備で自信あったから、弱ってました?テスターいくつ出てた?と突っ込むと、どもりながら(12.6出てました)それって充電必要ですか?と…どう思います皆さん! しかも挙句の果ては、(電話するとは言ってない)話にならない……クレームと修理催促して電話を切りました。面倒くさい客ですかね私? 15分後電話で(上の者と相談の結果、ウチの力不足で治せませんので、いつバイク取りに来てくれます?)って早く引き取りに来い催促! 残念すぎて信じられませんでした。 僕も熱くなり言い過ぎたかもしれない、でも間違った事言ってないし、YAMAHAバイク大好きだからこそこんなyspでいいのって?、 しかもアドバンスディーラー取得店ですよ! yspの看板の重みとアドバンスディーラー取得の格式高いハードルの高さ、簡単になれるものでは無い一流ブランドYAMAHAに認められた選ばれしお店なのです。凄いんですよ! そのYAMAHAディーラーyspさんに治せ無い言われて何処に持っていくんですか! 凄い問題だと思います。 大好きなYAMAHAが掲げる[経営理念]や社員が常に目指す(行動指針)凄く感動し誇らしく思いました。でも、真逆の事をされました。スピード、結果を出しやり遂げる!一流エンジニアが持つプライド、故障原因がわからないこのチャンス!原因が知りたい!これがエンジニアだと思います。この店にその資格と志しが無いと思います。この件で45K離れた他ysp店さんに助けを求めて、今現在は手厚く対処して貰っています。この手厚さでやっぱりYAMAHA凄い会社だなぁと失いかけた信用を取り戻してます。そして店名は伏せますが引き受けてくれたysp店長さんありがとうございます。私46歳ごときに人柄と安心感責任感凄く頂き感激感動です。 このいい季節です。豊川店には無駄にした15日間返して欲しいです。 店舗店長によって色んな店があるとは思いますが、こんな経験をしました。 最後にYAMAHA最高〜生涯フャンです!

昔ながらの社長さんとそれを現代風にカバーする店長さん、商売は人対人でここは一見さんは多少塩対応かもしれませんが付き合っていけば対応も変わります。きっと『ここで買いたい!』と言う人を待ち、良くも悪くも変な客には売らないというようなお店かも。 私は購入したバイクを維持している限りは通販よりは多少高くても用品など買いにいかせていただきます。 仮に値段が高くても何か困った時にサービスや態度、配慮、融通で帰ってくればそれはお互いwin-winですからね。客商売とはそういうものですからね。

yspの他店と赤男爵で見積もりを取ってるって伝えたら足蹴にされた。そして納車予定日になっても電話が来ない。取りに行ったら「新車の納車が忙しくて忘れてた。」と言われた、「こっちも新車ですが」と言うと「そうだったねー」で終わり、ゴメンねの一言もない。結局昼に行ったのに納車が夕方以降となった。納車説明も乗ってるからわかるでしょ?で終了。 その後もアイドリングの調子が悪かったので頻繁に出向いたが解決せず、結論は「田舎(奥三河)に住んでるから気温が低く安定しないんじゃない?」って事をいわれました!インジェクションなのに(笑)自力で調べた結果、プラグが悪く自分で交換しました。 今はこのお店には通ってません。保険も他社に乗り換え。腹立つ事いっぱいだから。現在の店長は普通。代表と代表夫人がダメだな。 待合室で見てて思うが、何台も買ってる人や暇つぶしに喋りに来るだけの常連さんや女性にはフレンドリーだと思うが、一般客には挨拶すらないときが多いにある。値下げ交渉、試乗だけ、合見積をしてきた客には足蹴になる傾向が強い。 代車もタイヤに溝が無いスクーター。 このお店じゃ二度と買いません。赤男爵や他店の方が親切でフレンドリー、私は同じyspの浜松に通ってます。遠いですが、親切でフレンドリー、初見さんでも入りやすい方がいいです。

他の方の親切丁寧との口コミを見て来店しました。欲しいバイクがあったので冷やかしではなく実際に購入しましたが一見だから?特に詳しく説明もなく淡々と商談見積もり提示。こちらの希望するオプションを見積もりに加えてもらい再度見積もり提示ハイどうぞ? 欲しいバイクだったのでその場で即決し購入しましたが、保証の説明、保険の説明、購入特典(自分が買った時はキーパーコーティング)の説明は無し、あったのは納期の時期と住民票持ってきてねだけ。 自転車屋の方がちゃんと説明してくれますよ?バイクは黙ってても売れるからですか?店長横でパソコンいじっててガン無視ですか?しまいには早く帰らないかなオーラを出す始末。 文房具屋で鉛筆一本買った時の接客よりも酷く残念なお店でした。一応100万超える買い物したんですが…こんな接客とは哀れです。近くですが、もう二度と利用しません
