二輪を販売してるスズキワールドグループはメーカーとの関係が強い為に率先して廉売するような真似は出来ないそうで 値引きが渋い分だけ販売価格はどうしても他店に比べて高くなってしまうそうです ホンダドリームやカワサキプラザのように車種によって取り扱い可能店舗が限られてる訳でもなく 何かしら差額を補って余りある程のメリットが有るかと言えばそうでもないのでスズキの関係者で社員割引が使えるとか以前から付き合いが有るとかでなければ 積極的にこちらのお店を選ぶ必要もないのではないかというのが正直なところ

こちらでバイクを購入し、つい最近点検に出してついでにオイルエレメントを交換してもらい、バイクを引き取りに行き、しばらくしたらオイル交換目安の表示が点灯した 多分、店側がリセットを忘れたのだろうと思い、帰宅してシートを上げたら古くなったオイルがそのままに入れてあった 点検に出す前に余ったオイルが古いのなら新しいオイルに入れてもらっても構わないのでと言ったら、後日、店から電話がかかってきて、旧タイプのオイルで店に置いてあるオイルと混ぜるのはあまり好ましくないですと電話がかかってきたので、 それならそのオイルでお願いしますと頼んだのに、古くなったオイルは何も処分してくれなかったのが残念だった 余ったオイルはここで購入しのだから、店側で処分してくれるのが普通でないの? あと保証の延長の確認を聞いたら、ろくに調べようともせず、こちらにあるデーターでは延長はきれてると言ってきた 購入するときに1年延長を確かにつけたはずなのにおかしいなと思い、 あとで保証を確認したらまだきれてなかった 何だかここの店は信用ができなくなってきた スズキワールドで購入して今のバイクを入れて2台目、あと知り合いに紹介して購入したけど、はっきり 言わせてもらってとても今では人に勧めれない 本当にがっかりした 今回の点検の他に駆動系とタイヤの交換を含めて約10万も出費したのにアフターが非常に最悪!!!

バイクのブレーキが戻らなくなってJAFに運んでもらったのが昼。夕方になっても何の連絡も無いのでこちらから電話して様子を聞いたら若いのが出て、面倒くさそうに「ブレーキが固まっててそんなに簡単には直らない」との返事。じゃあ直ったら連絡して下さいと伝えて電話を切ったら10分もしないうちに「直ってました」との電話。 じゃあさっきは確認せずにいい加減に返事をしていたのか? 技術が良くても社員教育が出来ていない。
