★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 駐車場が広いため昼はドライバー系の仕事の人が集まる店です。1000円あればいっぱい食べれます。私は定番のかき揚げ丼セットが大好きで中学生の頃から通っています。このお店はもう30年以上続いているのでこれからも無くならないでほしいです。

最初から期待していたわけではないですが、

カレーうどんを注文しましたが、あたためが足りず、芯が冷えたままでした。

店員が少ない訳ではなさそうなのだが全然回っていなかった。
投稿写真はミニパンチ丼なのだが、メニューの写真とはえらい違い、これで360円はどうなのだろうか。

いつの間にか実家暮らし期間よりも長く住んでいる場所になりました。
そんな埼玉県民の「ソウルフード」と言われる「だうどん」こと山田うどん食堂。
ですが、正直ボクにはそこまでの思い入れはありません。
たぶん来店回数も片手を出るかどうかだと思います。
世の中コロナ渦でボクもほぼほぼリモートでの仕事に切り替わりました。
そうなると、とにかく問題は運動不足。（と体内時計の故障笑）
とりあえず、朝始業前に30分程度散歩をするようにしました。
途中お腹が空いたので寄ったのがこちらのお店です。
2021/6/7(月)の8時頃。
店内には5～6名の前客がいます。
ホントは朝定とか頼みたいのですが、ボク的に食い切れる量ではないので普通に天ぷらうどんをオーダー。470円。
立ちそばスピードで提供されます。
配膳していただけるのがありがたい。
「とにかく腰がない」ことで有名な山田うどん。
以前伺ったのはもう何年も前なので正直覚えていません。
が、そこまで腰がないかと言われると案外そうでもなく、スーパーとかで売られてる袋のゆで麺てのが一番近い表現になりそうです。
汁は関東系の濃い口醤油を使ったダシ感薄めの味付け濃い目。
天ぷらもちょっと揚げ置き時間長いのかな？ふにゃっとした印象。
まぁ、こんなもんかぁ。

There are 5 to 6 former customers in the store.
I'd really like to ask for a morning meal, but I usually order tempura udon because it's not enough for me. 470 yen.

Yamada Udon is famous for being "uncomfortable".
I've heard it many years ago, so I honestly don't remember.
However, it is not surprising when asked if there is such a waist, and it seems that the closest expression is boiled noodles in a bag sold at supermarkets.
The soup is made from Kanto-based dark soy sauce and has a lightly seasoned soup stock.
I wonder if the tempura is also deep-fried for a long time. A fluffy impression.
