★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 褥瘡をつくるのは医療機関への信頼が揺らぐので、留意してほしいです。またよほど緊急の用件でなければ、朝方早くの電話も控えていただきたい。容態でも急変したかと心臓に悪いことしばしば。仕事で電話に出られずにいたら伝言も無く、親族のお世話を依頼する身ながらなんだかもやもやします。
Please note that creating pressure ulcers will shake your trust in medical institutions. Also, please refrain from calling early in the morning unless it is a very urgent matter. It is often bad for the heart as to whether the condition has changed suddenly. If I couldn't answer the phone at work, I wouldn't have a message, and I would ask for the care of my relatives.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 脳内出血で倒れてから市民病院でリハビリしましたが、当初、3年ではとても普通の生活ができないと言われていたのをこちらを紹介されてリハビリのため転院しました。失語症と記憶障害、家族の名前さえ忘れていたのを2か月と2週間で家庭内リハビリまで回復できるようになったのは、医師とリハビリのスタッフの方のおかげだと思ってます。
特に青山さん、服部さん、それと作業療法士の方（すみませんお名前忘れてしまっ手(;^_^A）ほんとにありがとうございました。
After I collapsed due to intracerebral hemorrhage, I rehabilitated at a municipal hospital, but at first I was introduced to this place where I was told that I could not live a normal life in 3 years, and I was transferred to the hospital for rehabilitation. I think it's thanks to the doctors and rehabilitation staff that I was able to recover from aphasia, memory problems, and even forgetting my family's name to home rehabilitation in two months and two weeks.
Special thanks to Mr. Aoyama, Mr. Hattori, and the occupational therapist (sorry, I forgot my name (; ^ _ ^ A).
