k	kouranos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 山田五平餅は犬山城下町の本町通りにある老舗の五平餅店。犬山城下町が観光地として盛り返しをする最初の頃から営む犬山名物です。 80歳を過ぎたお父さんと奥さまの二人三脚で営むホッとするお店。こちらの五平餅はだんご型の五平餅。小判型とだんご型の五平餅は岐阜県と長野県の県境で変わると以前テレビで見た事があった。中山道の妻籠宿と馬籠宿では県境を跨ぐ為、至近距離の宿場なのに形が分かれます。山田五平餅は愛知県ですが団子型。ご飯を半殺しにしてだんご状にして、味噌と木の実をする潰した五平餅の味噌で焼き上げる五平餅はなんだか懐かしさを感じる。犬山城や三光稲荷、針綱神社などへ観光するときは是非とも寄りたい犬山グルメです。ご馳走様でした‼︎! それではまた次回まで「ご機嫌好う♪」 Yamada Gohei Mochi is a long-established Gohei Mochi store located on Honmachi-dori in Inuyama Castle Town. It is a specialty of Inuyama that has been in operation since the beginning when Inuyama Castle Town was revived as a tourist destination. A relieved shop run by a father and his wife who are over 80 years old. This Gohei mochi is a dango-shaped Gohei mochi. I had seen on TV before that the oval-shaped and dango-shaped Gohei mochi changed at the prefectural border between Gifu and Nagano prefectures. Tsumago-juku and Magome-juku on the Nakasendo cross the prefectural border, so even though they are close to each other, they have different shapes. Yamada Gohei Mochi is in Aichi prefecture, but it is a dumpling type. Gohei mochi, which is half-killed rice, made into dumplings, and baked with miso, which is crushed with miso and nuts, feels nostalgic.
