冷蔵庫が欲しくて買いに行った。
あれこれ見ていると（アイテム数は少ないが）、これにしようかなという製品を絞り込んだ。と、そこでヤマダウェブで価格を調べてみればヤマダウェブの方が2万円も安いことが分かった。同じ会社でなぜにネットの方が安いのか…？
そこで店員を呼んでヤマダウェブと同じ価格で売れないのか尋ねてみると、バックヤードに行く店員。
戻ってきたら「税抜きならネット価格にできる」とのこと…
ヤマダウェブは税込み価格。その税込み価格に対して実店舗は税抜きならネット価格に合わせると。
『…は？』ですよね。
小物アイテムならネットで買う人がほとんどだけれど、テレビや冷蔵庫などなど大物家電は実店舗で実物を見て、長期保証をつけて買う人がまだまだ多いと思う。
それなのに同じ会社で実店舗とネットで価格が異なるのはいかがなものか。店員に「これ安くならない？」と声かけて値引き交渉する…もうそんな時代ではないだろうと。
値引き交渉しないと安くならない実店舗では目当ての製品を確かめてネットで買う。もやはショールームなんですね、実店舗は。ヤマダの場合は保証期間途中から購入金額の80%だったりします。ライバルのケーズデンキなら上限なし、保証期間内なら何度でも保証（修理）してくれるんですよ？
死んだ魚のような目をした店員がゾンビのように徘徊する店の実情に寒気を感じました…

Yamada Web prices include tax. If the actual store does not include the tax for the price including tax, then match it to the net price.

Most people buy small items online, but I think that there are still many people who buy large home appliances such as TVs and refrigerators at real stores and buy them with a long-term warranty.
Nevertheless, why is the price different between the actual company and the Internet at the same company? Ask the clerk, "Will this be cheaper?"
At real stores that will not be cheap unless you negotiate discounts, check the products you want and buy them online. Haze is a showroom, a real store. In the case of Yamada, it is 80% of the purchase price in the middle of the warranty period. Is there an upper limit for rival K's Denki, and you can guarantee (repair) as many times as you want during the warranty period?
