★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 高いものを買おうとしたときは対応が良かったのですが、家に入らない事が分かりサイズが合う安いものに変更になってしまいました。
そしたら対応が一変してそっけない対応に…。
あからさま過ぎて呆れました。
話を聞いてもすぐにどこかに行くし。
従業員の教育をキチンとした方が良いと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 炬燵のヒ−タ−が壊れ、岩槻区内の店舗を駆けずり回リました!何処の店舗にも替えのヒ―タ−がありませんでしたが、流石がヤマダデンキ!!入口を入った右奥の一段目に目的物が有り感激です。此れからも、地域に寄り添い地域民が必要とする商品を何気なく置いている店舗であって欲しいです。?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 古くからいつもお世話になってます。駐車場はそこそこあります。トイレは1階の奥にあります。生活に必要な物は1階です。2階はテレビ、ゲーム、カメラ、パソコン、携帯電話関係です。店員の対応は普通か少しいいです。

昔から変わらず、某大型店舗と比べると、店員さんの知識レベルが低く感じます。(個人的な感想です)
山田電気って昔は安さを売りにしていた様な？
品物にもよるとは思いますが全然安いとは思いませんね……ポイントとかを付けて貰っても使わない人も多いと思いますので、その場で値引きか、元々、お値打ち価格の方が売れると思いますが？。
たまに、電球等の小物が必要な時に利用してます。
店員さんは無駄に絡んで来ないし、空いてるのでゆっくり品定めしたり、眺めるのには向いてると思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お店が悪いので無いですが、プリンターが必要になり１万円程度のを買いに行きましたが、コロナ禍でリモートの仕事が増えてプリンターの需要が高まり、在庫全く有りません。何と１ヵ月～３ヵ月待ちだそうです。
２～３万円越えの商品なら在庫有るそうです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こちらのヤマダさん、なかなか頑張ってます。
都心の方のLaviに比べ当然品数は少ないですし店員も少ないのですが、その店員さんが結構ちゃんと商品知識を頭に入れており、目の前でスマホ取り出してググり始めるような醜態を晒しません。
帯域の話しとか結構突っ込んだ質問をしたんですが難なく答えてくれて、何ならメーカーの善し悪しについても店舗ならではの話し(修理依頼とか)を踏まえて丁寧に教えてくれました。
その辺り、池袋の総本店とか酷いもんですが……そういう意味では信頼できますし、ネット価格より多少高くても説明やアドバイス料としてそれくらい払おうと思わせてくれます。
なかなかどうして、地方店舗も侮れません。
