今では購入時の相談もアフターサポートもヤマダ電機無しでは考えられない。
確かにネット通販は安い。
しかし大型家電ほど故障時の対応や取次は素人には煩雑だが、店舗で購入すれば快く相談含め対応してくれる。
例えば、洗濯機が届いたが寸法の都合で家に入らなくともヤマダ電機購入なら容易に交換相談にものってくれようが、Amazonでは玄関先に届けましたで終了されて途方に暮れるケースも多いと聞く。
そういった保険料としてはネットと店頭の差額が驚くほど高いものでは無いと思う。
（ある程度値引きしてくれること多いし）
というか下手するとネットの最安より余裕で安い時もある。

偶然なのかもしれないです。ただ、やり方が下手であり気分が悪いことには事実です。
