評価が低いのでどんな怖い先生がいるんだろうと恐る恐る診察受けましたが、特に理不尽なことは言われず安心しました。たしかに先生も受付の皆さんもサバサバとした様子で話し方もぶっきらぼうに感じますが、タメ口ということはなく、丁寧に対応されました。診察に来られる方は年配が多いようで、耳が遠い方や繰り返し同じ質問をする人もいて、だからこういう対応の仕方なんだろうか?と思いました。 希望をはっきり伝えるとしっかりと返してくれるので、安心感があります。話し方は突き放すように感じることもありますが、さっぱりとした口調ではっきり話をされるので、頼もしい印象の病院でした。

個人的に昔から来ていた石橋皮膚科後に行ってる皮膚科さん。先生方はそんなに変わらないが、一部受付に応対の素っ気なさがある事が残念に感じる。

午後の診察が14時からだったので、入り口前のベンチで待っていたところ、10分前に人が入り始めたので、自分も続いて中へ入り受付を済ませました。受付の方の対応は丁寧で優しい印象でした。よくある受付票と発熱がないかなどのチェックシートを記入しました。何名か先生がいらっしゃって、希望の先生を記入する項目もありましたが、初めてなので希望は無しにしました。実際診察してくださった先生は女性の方で、症状やお薬についての相談などで長めに診察していただけました。いつも行っていたところの診察時間が30秒くらいだったので長いと感じただけかもしれません。今回の先生は丁寧な印象を受けました。ニキビとからだのかゆみで受診しましたが、それぞれにつける塗り薬と、漢方薬を処方していただきました。漢方薬は以前から気になっていたので、今回処方していただけて嬉しかったです。支払いは千円ほどでした。現金でのみ支払いとのことでした。 院内はきれいで清潔で居心地が良かったです。 私が受付したあとからすぐ混み始めたので、少し早めに受付をすると良いかなと思いました。 雨が降っていましたが、屋内に駐車場がある為、濡れることなく行けたのがとても良かったです。

鍵取イオン二階に近年開業された皮膚科、初めて受診してきました車なら雨でも二階駐車場止めて濡れずに済むのは助かります 9時半オーブンと同時くらいに行きましたが、既に10人ほど患者さん…その後も次々…中々の人気 待合室はゆったりした広めの長椅子3つで10人座れます が、三密を避けたければ受付に「○○分後に戻ります」と外通路へ イオン館内の通路は広いしベンチが並んでいるので便利です かなり待つかなと思いましたが常に医師二人体制のようで待ち時間30分ほどで診ていただけました 問診票には医師を女性の院長と二人男性医師から希望する事も出来るようになってました。 初めてなので「希望無し」にしましたが女性の菊池院長が診て下さいました 患者に分かりやすい説明を気さくに話して下さるカラッとした明るい先生でした それでいて他を悪く言わない等さり気ない気遣いがあり信頼出来る良い先生だと思いました 先生が良いとスタッフの方達も明るくて良い感じです 早く来れば良かった

低評価なので恐る恐る受診したのですが、杞憂でした。院長さん(他の先生と職員の方も) には手際良く対応して頂きましたし、質問に対しても的確な回答を得られました。思った事をハッキリ言う方ではあるようですが、だからこそ、あの順番待ちの患者を捌けるのだとも感じました。
I had a terrible consultation because it was a low rating, but I was sad. The director (and other teachers and staff) responded gracefully, and I was able to get accurate answers to the questions. He seems to be the one who clearly says what he thought, but I also felt that he was able to handle that waiting patient.

久しぶりの受診。前はとても受付の対応が良かったです。ですが、今はびっくりするくらい受付最悪。誰もが不愉快になられてるのではないのでしょうか。検温する機械ありますよね?見えますか?ここで検温して今日の体温記入してくださいと言われました。(怒り口調で)久しぶりの受診で機械すら小さくてわからなかったです。高齢の方にはもっとひどい言い方でした。喧嘩腰だしなぜ患者を不愉快にさせる言葉しか使えないのか…。お金はトレーに投げるし、お金をトレーから取る瞬間と同じくらいのタイミングで次の患者の会計を呼び、邪魔だからどけろと言わんばかりの睨み、ありえないです。あなたが受付のボスですか?偉いのですか?更年期ですか?受付変えた方いいです。医師、看護師はとても丁寧で、優しくきちんと診察してくれます。ですが、受付のせいでもう2度と行くことはないでしょう。不愉快な気持ちになりたくない方は別の所に行った方がいいですよ。確実に嫌な思いをします。

Not only Google, but also website shows opening hours to be 9:30-12:30. Came 12:10, it is closed, because uketsuke is till 12:00. I do not care when the doctors have their break, I care about the time when I can be served. Wasted lot of time, I do not recommend.
