★ ★ ★ ★ ★ メーカーの営業さん、携帯の営業さん、アルバイトさん、は丁寧なご案内、対応だがここにいる社員さんと思われる人はやる気がないと思う。声をかけると暇そうにしているのにめんどくさそうな対応。エプロン姿のアルバイトさんたちは真面目に働いているのに社員と思われる人はカウンター内でおしゃべりしている。高校生のアルバイトを採用したほうがいいと思う。

家に帰りすぐに設定するも使えず。
1時間後に再度来店し、店員にその旨を話しレシートと商品を見せるも「少々お待ちください」と言われて5分程度放置される。
その後気づいたように別の店員がやってきて「どうされました？」というので再度状況を説明。
「TVの年式によっては使えない場合もあります」の一言、「返品等はできますか？」と聞いたが「開封済みの物は無理です」との事
現物も確認せず（勿論パッケージ等も破損は無く、説明書やレシートも全部ある状態）こちらの確認不足的な態度を取られ、2000円程度をドブに捨て、嫌な気分になっただけだった。
もう二度と利用しません。
