花	花月 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ マンションのリフォームを検討しており、先日営業の方に現場調査にきていただきました。この方の態度、対応、高圧的なしゃべり方に、私たちは何か失礼なことをしたのかしら・・と、その方が帰った後、とても気分が落ち込みましたが、どう考えても何も失礼なことをした覚えはなく腹が立って仕方がありません。他社の方と同じ質問・内容なのになぜにあんな態度をとられなければならなかったのか。見積もりの価格が他社より安くてもお願いすることは絶対にないでしょう。ＨＰのお客様の声にはその方を褒める言葉ばかり。騙されるところでした。 We are considering renovation of the apartment, and the sales person came to the site survey the other day. I wonder if we did something rude to his attitude, his response and his way of talking in high pressure ... he felt very depressed after he returned, but no matter what he thought I don't remember doing anything rude and get angry. Why did you have to take that attitude even though it was the same question and content as other companies? You will never be asked if the quote price is cheaper than other companies. The words of HP's customers are just words to praise them. I was about to be fooled.

n	nomo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 仲介業者に紹介され、リフォームを依頼しましたが最悪の一言に尽きます。仲介業者と連携が全く取れていないのではないかというレベルのミスが、リフォーム工事が実際にされてから発覚しました。施工についてきちんと説明を頂けていれば事前にわかっていたことです。オネスト様ではこちらからすべて質問しなければ答えて頂けないようです。リフォーム業者が存在する意味は何なのでしょうか。当方は少なからず、素人ではわからない部分をフォローして頂くために依頼しています。それとも顧客のデメリットになるような情報を恣意的に伏せて、追加工事でさらに料金を取るのがオネスト様の方針なのでしょうか？御社にとってはどうでもいい仕事かもしれませんが、こちらは決心して大きな金額と相応の時間を消費して依頼しています。料金分だけの仕事をするのが契約の基本なのではないでしょうか。とても納得できません。楽しみにしていたリフォームですが、めちゃくちゃな工事に振り回されて疲労困憊です。なぜこの会社に依頼してしまったのかと、後悔しています。当方は今後リフォームが必要になっても二度とオネスト様を利用しませんし、リフォームを予定している方は別の会社に依頼することをおすすめします。 I was introduced to an intermediary and asked for a remodeling, but it is just the worst word. I regret why I asked this company. We will never use Honest even if we need to remodel in the future, and if you plan to remodel, we recommend that you ask another company.
き	ききれもん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 20周年おめでとうございます。オネストさんとの出会いは2019年に千葉を襲った台風の時でした。我が家も被害を受けどこに相談すればよいのか困っていたら、たまたま隣の家の被害調査に来ていたオネストさんに声をかけたところ快く対応してくれまた。 2人掛かりで2階の屋根にあっという間にブルーシートをかけてくれました。その後も台風、豪雨が続きましたがそれ以上の被害がでなかったので助かりました。結局、復旧工事が終わったのは年が明けてからでしたが近所では1年たってもブルーシートが掛かった家があったので我が家はとてもラッキーでした。それからは何かあればオネストさんに頼んで全て解決してくれています。これからも宜しくお願いします。 Congratulations on your 20th anniversary.
