モバイル&Wi-Fi契約関連は慣れないのか、待ち時間無しでも携帯会社に関わらずかなり時間がかかります。(参考 ３回契約しましたが、全て2時間以上かかりました。)

Maybe I'm not used to mobile & Wi-Fi contracts, it takes a lot of time regardless of the mobile company even if there is no waiting time. (Reference: I signed up 3 times, but it all took more than 2 hours.)
