どの人もダメです。ここしか無いんだから来るしか無いですが。

知識も無さすぎ、人の話しを後でてを組んで聞く始末。社員教育はソルトバンクにはないのでしょうか。
殿様商売だとでも思ってるのか…気分悪いので、隣町のソルトバンクに行って契約しました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ できる事はしてほしかった。うちでは契約しかしてないから他の手続きは自分でサポートセンターに電話してくださいって言われた。サポートセンターがながなか電話繋がらず困って店舗へ行ったのに…誠意が感じられず、冷たい対応に感じました。
大船渡のソフトバンク店舗より、普通の電気屋さんの方がその場でソフトバンクサポートセンターに電話してくれて繋がるまで時間かかったけど、お話できるようにしてくれてました。
I wanted you to do what you could. I was asked to call the support center by myself for the other procedures because I only contract. I went to the store in trouble because the support center wasn't connected to the phone, but ... I didn't feel sincerity and felt cold.
It took me more time than an ordinary electrician to call the SoftBank Support Center on the spot from the Ofunato Softbank store, and it took me a while to connect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 皆さんのコメントを見ると随分ひどい事ばかりです…私の場合はいつも決まった人に対応して貰っているし、他の人は知りませんが、その人はとても気さくで、親切な人です。全て任せっきりにして操作して貰ってます。何かあるとすぐに予約の確認をして出かけています。有り難いSHOPです。
