携帯電話コーナーは、3大キャリアとYMobileの契約等が可能ですが、auのみヤマダの社員さんが対応という形をとっているため、その方が家電の接客をしていたら終わるまで待つことになります。また、平日は携帯電話スタッフが常駐していないので、来店前に電話で確認したほうがいいです。

たまにしか行きませんが店内は人が少なく多い日を見たことがありません。その原因はいくつかある思います。
１-そもそもイオン草津にジョーシンがあるのでわざわざここへ行かない
2-大通りから店内が見えない為営業してるかさえわからない。暗くなると尚更。
3- 道路から近いところに本来なら入口を作るべきですが搬入口にしてしまったためわかりずらい
※コーヒー屋ができて入口がより見えずらくなってる
３個挙げましたが結構当たってると思います。
解決策としては道路側と南側とスケルトンにして開放的にしてはいかがでしょうか？大分変ると思います。。。。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 出来た当初から、いつまで維持出来るのか心配になるくらい、客が居ない。イヤホンの、品揃えは妙に良いし、客が居ないが故に他店で売り切れてる物が残ってたりする。広い駐車場を切り売り?して、一部に出来たカフェは人気なので立地は悪くない。周りは新興住宅街なので、大型家電以外は通販世帯が多いかも。

元ロイヤルホームセンターがあった所。とにかくいつ行っても客が居ない。駐車場が平面で広大なのでクルマが置きやすいです。店員さんも昔のヤマダに比べたら親切になりました。
