★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今は東京におりますが、仕事とヘッドハンティングの為何回か通いました。
お店の規模は小さいながらもスタッフさんの質は大型店と比べても非常に粒揃い。
その中でも携帯コーナーは優秀な方が多い印象。とある会社で人事をしているのでSoftBankコーナーからの引き抜きをさせて頂きましたが本当に優秀な人材です。
SBの引き留めがあり少しバタバタさせてしまい申し訳ありませんでした。
この場をお借りして謝罪申し上げます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 家族や自分の買い物でよく使っています。品揃えはいい方だと思いますが、店員さんの対応の差が激しいです。優しく丁寧に接客してくださる方がいる一方で質問に質問で返されたり「知りません」と突っぱねる様な事を言い早く接客を終わらせたい雰囲気を全面に出す方もいます。接客態度をあまり気にしない方なら使いやすいお店では無いかなと思いました。
I often use it for my family and my shopping. I think the product lineup is good, but there is a big difference in the response of the clerk. While there are people who serve customers kindly and politely, there are also people who want to finish the customer service as soon as possible by saying things like answering questions or poking "I don't know". I thought it would be an easy-to-use shop for those who don't care much about customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ プリンターインクを買いに来ました。ドンキホーテでは、1種類しか無く、ヤマダは自分のエプソン「カメ」が置いてあり助かりました。20時に買えたのもありがたいです。来店ポイントが無くなってしまったのは、残念です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ネット周辺機器を度々買いに行ってます。買いたい物がどこにあるか分からず店員の方に聞くのですが、主任？マネージャー？っぽい女性店員さんの受け答えが毎回とても良く、機器について詳しく説明していただきとても助かってます。
こんな店員さんがいればまた何か必要な物があればこの店に買いに行きたくなるなぁと思いました。
