★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ヤマダデンキのテックランド本巣店で散々な接客を受けた後、少し離れたこちらの店に訪れたのだが、対比効果もあってかとても素晴らしい接客だと感じた。
今回は引越しに伴って冷蔵庫・洗濯機・掃除機を探していた。
本巣店では展示品限りの物が多かったため半ば諦めつつ在庫の確認をしたところ、「当店にはないが他の店にないか確認してみる」と他店舗へ確認の電話をし、ラスト一つを確保してくれた。
全て新品在庫で購入することができて、とても満足。
その上で価格交渉にも応じてくれた。
本巣店では「展示品であろうと表示価格から下げることはできない」と突っぱねられた同じ商品の新品在庫で、価格の端数を切り捨ててくれたりした。
結果的に、本巣店で出された合計金額より2万ほど安くしてくれたし、ヤマダ独自の補償についても、加入するメリットを十分に用意した上で案内してくれた。
対応してくれた若い男性スタッフは、身だしなみもしっかり整えていたし、こちらからの質問への回答も的を射ており快活だった。
他店への在庫確認の電話中は確かに待たされたが、その旨を事前に伝えられており、ソファーに座って待っていて欲しいと言ってくれていたため、待ち時間も苦にならなかった。
自宅から車で30分ほどかかる店舗だが、ヤマダデンキに行く時は、大垣に行く用事を作ってでもこちらの店舗を訪れようと思うくらい素晴らしい対応だった。

The young male staff who responded were well dressed, and the answers to the questions from here were also on target and cheerful.
I was certainly waiting while I was calling to check inventory to another store, but I was told in advance that I wanted to sit on the sofa and wait, so I didn't have to worry about waiting. ..
It takes about 30 minutes by car from my house, but when I went to Yamada Denki, it was such a wonderful response that I thought I would visit this store even if I made a business to go to Ogaki.
